Almala srl, which operates in the creation, production, distribution and sale of Almala brand bags and accessories, intends to promote the distance selling of its products through its website

The site provides all the information relating to the products on sale: materials, colours, dimensions, weights, photographic images and prices.


The price is expressed in euros and is inclusive of VAT, if the products are delivered within the European Union. However, if the products are delivered outside the European Union, the price is exclusive of VAT.

The price, for products whose price exceeds 1000.00 euros, includes shipping costs. For products with a price lower than 1000.00 euros Almala will ask for a contribution for shipping costs which varies depending on the type of delivery, quantity, volume and weight of the products to be delivered, also taking into account their destination. The contribution required for shipping costs is indicated, separately from the price, before the order is sent by the Customers and will be paid together and at the same time as the payment of the price. Any taxes, duties, duties and other charges established by the laws of the State, where the products will be delivered, are the sole responsibility of the Customers. In the event that the price indicated on the site is incorrect, the Customer may purchase the product at the correct price or cancel the order.


Before proceeding with the purchase, the Customer is required to carefully read all the information communicated to him: general conditions of sale, information on privacy, conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal, delivery costs, etc.; is also required to check what is entered in the "Cart" section. Therefore, in order to complete the order, the Customer must identify himself: if he already has the access credentials, to identify himself it will be sufficient to enter his email address and password to access his account;

if you do not have an account on the site, you can create one by indicating your personal details, your e-mail address, your residence and billing address, the delivery address of the products, if different from the first. The customer must also confirm:

the email address where you will receive the order confirmation; the methods of shipping the goods;

that I have read and accepted the general conditions of sale. By transmitting the order proposal, the Customer undertakes to accept and respect these conditions of sale and to pay the price of the products ordered. The contract is concluded when the customer receives the order confirmation to the email address communicated during the order. The confirmation will contain all the information relating to the order: the number attributed to it, the date of purchase, the product ordered, the price, delivery costs, the amount paid, the methods of exercising the right of withdrawal, a copy of the general conditions of sale.


Payments can only be made using PayPal payment methods. In the event that, for any reason, it is not possible to charge the amount due, the sales contract will be automatically cancelled.


The products will be delivered after registration of payment, to the address indicated by the Customer in the order proposal. For each order, a sales invoice will be issued, which will be sent via e-mail and post together with the order, based on the data sent at the time of purchase in the "billing data" item. The products will be delivered by the courier chosen by Almala during working days. Deliveries must be made within 30 working days from the date of receipt of the order confirmation by the Customer, except in cases of force majeure. If delivery cannot take place within the aforementioned deadline, the Customer may withdraw from the contract and Almala must return without delay all amounts already received under this contract. At the time of delivery, the Customer must check the integrity of the package and, if it is damaged, accept the package with reserve, reporting his complaints on the delivery note.


If the product, after having been examined by master craftsmen who work for Almala, does not conform to what is promoted for sale on the site, no return costs will be charged and, in the event that it is possible to repair or replace it, the costs of the repaired product will be paid by Almala. If repair or replacement is not possible, the Customer may terminate the contract and be reimbursed for all costs incurred, including shipping and return costs.


The Customer can exercise his right of withdrawal without justified reason no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the purchased product. The desire to return the products must be expressed by sending an email to the address, indicating the order number, the customer's data, and the products for which you intend to exercise the right of withdrawal. The return must be carried out in the following ways: within 14 days of the communication sent to Almala, with which the desire to withdraw from the contract was expressed, the Customer must return the products to Almala at the following address:

The returned products must absolutely not be used or damaged. They must be packaged in their original packaging, without forgetting the boxes, accessories and documents included with them (shoulder strap, protective case of the bag, tag, guarantee...), in perfect condition, so as to allow their subsequent resale.

The Customer must insert the purchase receipt signed on the back inside the package. Return costs are borne by the Customer, unless the non-conformity of the products is recognized. Almala reserves the right not to accept and therefore not to refund, returns of products which, from the analysis of its master craftsmen, appear to have been used or have been damaged, altered or soiled in any way. In case of withdrawal, Almala will fully refund the price of the products no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the products, according to the payment method chosen at the time of purchase.


These conditions of sale are governed by Italian law. Any dispute arising from the application or interpretation of these conditions will be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Brescia.
